Chain plate type + rotary sub tool sleeve + cam box tool change mechanism
1. Fully waterproof arm to prevent coolant from entering the arm.
2. The gripper is manufactured as a separate component to allow easy specification changes between different pockets (BT/CAT/DIN/HSK).
3. specially designed tracks overlap the wheels to avoid the "chord lift effect" and to ensure low noise and vibration when the chain is in motion.
4. Use the tool changer to transfer tools from magazines to spare pockets. The shifter uses linear guides for stable and precise tool shifting.
